Yoga On The Farm

Come join Yogi Misty at Pollen Acres every other Saturday morning for a slow yoga session for relaxation and meditation. It’s for all levels and beginner friendly. We will begin with grounding and work through a flow ending in a restorative pose. We will have an hour of relaxing yoga followed by an hour to play, snuggle, and feed our farm animals! Yoga mat and animal feed/snacks will be provided.
