About the event
Come to Yoga on the Farm where Misty will teach yoga designed for mixed-level participants that will encourage strength and balance with attention to basic alignment. A fun slow yoga class to enjoy moving our bodies and the outdoors while being in nature.
This will be a pre-season sunset class where we will pet and feed the animals first and then have an hour of yoga while enjoying the sun setting over the pond across the road. It is quite the view to relax to.
All experience levels welcome, ages 10 and over only. Yoga mats will be provided to those who don't have one.
