About the event
Come join Yogi Misty and our goats for a peaceful and fun reset before the work week begins again! Join us for a goat yoga class where we will be working through our body for relaxation. It’s for all levels and beginner friendly, with modifications available. We will begin with yoga and see where the goats take us!
Waviers are required. Please arrive a few minutes early to be sure we can get the waviers signed!
