Firefly Yoga on the Farm

Come join Yogi Misty at Pollen Acres for a night of slow yoga with the fireflies for relaxation and meditation. It’s for all levels and beginner friendly. We will have 30 minutes to feed and interact with the goats and other animals followed by 45 minutes to an hour of slow yoga. We will begin with grounding and work through a flow ending in a restorative pose. Yoga mat and animal feed/snacks will be provided.
